Delete your 12 Bead account

This page is for the 12 Bead app (Google Play: com.barabead.harjinder.a12bead) and the game at twelvebead.com. You can delete your account and data at any time.

How to delete your account

In the app: open Settings → Delete account, then confirm.
On this page: log in below with the same account you use in the app, and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Can't log in? Send us a request with the form below. We delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your account: name, email address, phone number and password.
Your coins, coin history, daily bonus and referral code.
Your game history (online games and games against the computer) and leaderboard entry.
Your notification settings on all your devices, and your Google / phone sign-in link.

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you. Friends you invited keep their own accounts, and opponents keep their own win/loss totals.
Anonymous usage statistics already collected by Firebase Analytics and ad partners are handled under their own retention policies (see our Privacy Policy).

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. You can create a new account later.
